Planting the Seeds of Peace Throughout the World

Actions and viewpoints of international peace development after WCA 2001

EDr. Rashmi Mayur:
Delivered the Peace Declaration representing the wishes of people around the world, to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, and recommended that Ms. Roshni Udyavar, who is active in the peace movement, attend the Global Peace Assembly in Taiwan between August 13-16, 2001.

EDr. Keith Suter and Susan Zipp:
Delivered the message of peace and reported on WCA 2001 on their own website and local broadcasting station.

EDr. Lisinka Ulatowska:
Delivered the message of love and peace in her own country, among peace groups, and to AWC World Citizens Center. She has been invited to attend the Global Peace Assembly and share FOWPAL's cultural exchange message of love and peace.

EMr. Rene Wadlow:
Invited president and members of FOWPAL to attend cultural related seminars.

EMr. Gilbert Carmichael:

Belong to Radio for Peace International in Costa Rica and delivered the message of love and peace from the president of FOWPAL through radio.

EMr. Robert Kauffman:
Delivered the message of love and peace through various media.

EDr. Elaine Valdov:
Brought the first-stage of global signatures supporting the Peace Declaration to the UN, and actively represented FOWPAL in attending international conferences held at UN.

EDr. Larry Gell:
Interviewed Vice President Annette Lu of the Republic of China during WCA 2001, and broadcasted it in his TV show at the UN. He has actively spread the message of love an peace through the media. He has also actively offered valuable suggestions to FOWPAL, and invited many peace-loving people with similar ideas to promote an international culture of peace. Moreover, he has invited guests to attend the Global Peace Assembly so that all friends throughout the world could share the message of love and peace.

EDr. Takeshi Utsumi:
Other than actively spreading the message of peace and love through distance education via satellite, Dr. Utsumi also personally visited various countries to promote the Peace Declaration. Recently, he brought with him a letter and brochures from the President of FOWPAL, Dr. Hong Tao Tze, and presented them to the former Director-General of UNESCO, Dr. Federico Mayor, in Italy, and shared his experiences during WCA 2001. Dr. Utsumi hopes that he can help FOWPAL by using distance education and developing a culture of peace over the internet in the e-era. In the meantime, he has also actively invited various guests to attend the Global Peace Assembly, and shared FOWPAL's cultural exchange message of love and peace. These guests include UNESCO Chair President B. K. Passi and several Japanese members of the House of Councillors.

EH.E. Dr. Lamuel Stanislaus:
As the Ambassador of grenada to the UN, he has actively shared his cultural exchange expreriences of peace with other ambassadors in the UN, and invited them to meet and exchage viewpoints with FOWPAL President Dr. Hong Tao Tze. He hopes to continuously spread the idea of FOWPAL's love and peace message to every corner of the world.
