The terms human rights play a vital role in our lines. Human rights reflect the proper meaning of the lining and their regulations. Today woman occupy a high position in the world as compared to earlier times. Human rights include all the rights which are given to the common citizens by the Indian constitution. It includes right to vote to choose the regulators of the country, right to speech, right to education, right to settle in any part of the country. These rights are given to each and every person of the country whether of the lower cast or the upper cast.

During the period of independence these right were promoted by the Radical nationalists – bal Gangadhar Tilak, Lala Lajpat Rai and many more nationalists. Before 1847 when the Indian Constitution was not written, the women had to practice Sati Pratha no widow remarriages no child education etc. Men of the lower caste were considered inferior and untouchable they were not allowed by the Britishers also to join any of the forces. The students of only the upper class were admitted to schools and colleges. No unity was there due to inequality of the region and classes.

The nationalist boycotted these rules and prepared their own Indian constitution. Since that time all the rights were given to the women and men equally. Nationalist started the promotion of these rights to unite the country. They remarked the unity by saying.

Nationalism is greater than sectarianism and in the since we are Indians first and Hindu, Muslim, Parses and Christians after;

Human rights were equally given to men and women since that time till today’s world. These rights were given to that each and every person could play a mital role in the development of the country. The Indian constitution has given equality of knowledge, speech &power to all the lends of the citizen whether lower or upper class. These rights are still promoted by many committees made for regulation of these rights. These rights are promoted all many families are not giving equal rights to the women of their family and they have to face in humanity, due to dowry systems well as no permission for widow remarriages. This self-awareness and sustained efforts to rise in life shows, the dynamism of Indian women. We are confident due to the right given to all that posterity will always be in safer hand.

The government has taken many steps to promote these rights equally which are under the constitution due to awareness about these rights, marriage customs are rapidly changing. A social atmosphere is being created to abolish dowry system and child marriges & promote humanity by giving equality to all.

“Let us have but one end in, the welfare of humanity; and let us put alide all selfishness in consideration of language, nationality or religion.”

Government is making new laues under the constitution regarding education, development of people below the poverty line most of these ideas are implemented but not an time and many have to face the consequences in spite of having so many rights for common people.

Government is also looking forward for implanting the suggestions of the younger generation for the promotion and welfare of the right. Government is also appointing youth in the human rights committee which looks for new ways of promotion of human rights. These committees are publishing these rights in the newspaper, magazines and also telecasting advertisements related to right to make people aware of their rights. Many other steps are also taken for the promotion in villages inhere people go to the villages and tell them about their rights so that they can avoid it when required, but the main role should be played by us. The nation will develop when government, committees and we all join hands to promote human rights for the welfare of all.
