Today’s life is full of luxuries and comfort as the life of kings , but do we know that the things we use are causing a lot of pollution. The biggest enemy of an environment is nobody else but only your selves \ourselves. We make use of things that are degrading our environment and are finishing our natural resources. Pollution in India is spreading like a wild fire .There is a lack of cleanliness and lack of civic sense among the residents and the citizen.

　In the last 50 years, man has rapidly made many inventions to make life easy for self-preservation and conservation of life on the Earth. In our world, there are millions of species and nature has given each a role to play. Nature by itself keeps a balance to run this cycle smoothly. Man with his greed and dust has distributed the whole cycle. W e are reducing forest which are the lungs of our Earth, to build our homes. We are clearing forests to build town and factories, malls and building etc. We fight for petrol because we think that it has become our lifeline. The factories and cars are polluting air per second.  The things like freezers and air-conditioners are making uses of gases like CFC and HCFC which protects us from harmful ultra-violet rays of the sun which causes skin- cancer. by reducing forests, we are making life difficult for wildlife .We are making life difficult for the ‘Aboriginals’ , those who live in forests and are dependent on the forests for livelihood   .We think that who live forests and are dependent these Aboriginals are backward and illiterate. But they know wildlife and nature better than us. In their day-to-day life, they take utmost care not to disturb the Natural Cycle.

　Scientists are warming us about our negligence towards nature. We are facing floods, irregular, monsoon and droughts. If we still ignore nature, the day is not far off when we will see birds, butterflies, fishes, and an animal only in stories and picture. We will have to conserve these beautiful species by conserving nature. Ignorance towards nature is dangerous to environment and ultimately to mankind.

　If  we take strict action against defaulters, India will become cleaner not only India but many other countries too. It will become the prosperous and rich because lot of many is utilized by the government for maintaining cleanliness in the city.

　If we are your self polluting in the environment how can the government help us ?

　So late us pledge to keep are environment and surrounding clean in order to make India cleaner & greener.

　In the last I would like to say that-

When earth will be green,
And will remain clean.
With no traces of tears in eyes,
And faces covered with simples…
Green earth means beauty everywhere,
So friends; talk about cleanliness,
But in this respects we are careless.
Water is so dirty,
Same with the air,
My desire is to live freely.
Deforestation increasing,
A forestation declining,
When the earth is green and clean,
Our mind will shine and gleam.
