underline;\">\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u4e4b\u611b\u548c\u5e73\u5ba3\u8a00\u300d<\/span><\/a>\uff1a<\/strong><\/span>1999 \u5e74\u4e16\u754c\u767c\u751f\u4e09\u500b\u5927\u5730\u9707 ( \u54e5\u502b\u6bd4\u4e9e\u3001\u571f\u8033\u5176\u548c\u53f0\u7063 ) \u5f8c\u5ba3\u544a\u3002\u559a\u9192\u4e16\u4eba\u5c0a\u91cd\u751f\u547d\uff0c\u7dad\u8b77\u81ea\u7136\uff0c\u611b\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u611b\u5225\u4eba\uff0c\u611b\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u3001\u4e5f\u611b\u5225\u4eba\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"content_title13_blue3\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldcitizens.org.tw\/awc2010\/ch\/Declaration\/2001.htm\" target=\"_top\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u300c\u548c\u5e73\u5ba3\u8a00\u300d<\/span><\/a>\uff1a<\/strong><\/span>2001 \u5e74\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u5927\u6703\u5728 50 \u9918\u570b\u516d\u767e\u591a\u4f4d\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u898b\u8b49\u4e0b\u5171\u540c\u5ba3\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"content_title13_blue3\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldcitizens.org.tw\/awc2010\/ch\/Declaration\/2002.htm\" target=\"_top\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u4eba\u6b0a\u5ba3\u8a00\u300d<\/span><\/a>\uff1a<\/strong><\/span>2002 \u5e74\u5ba3\u544a\u3002\u548c\u5e73\u6e90\u8d77\u65bc\u4eba\u8207\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u548c\u8ae7\uff0c\u4eba\u6b0a\u6e90\u8d77\u65bc\u4eba\u8207\u4eba\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u4ee5\u300c\u611b\u300d\u70ba\u52d5\u529b\uff0c\u7528\u6587\u5316\u4ea4\u6d41\u7d50\u5408\u4eba\u985e\u300c\u5fc3\u9748\u300d\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u8b93\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u5f97\u4ee5\u5171\u4eab\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u4eba\u6b0a\u5f97\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u548c\u5e73\u5f97\u4ee5\u5be6\u8e10\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u300c\u570b\u969b\u611b\u8207\u548c\u5e73\u65e5\u5ba3\u8a00\u300d<\/span><\/a>\uff1a<\/strong><\/span>2005 \u5e74\u592a\u6975\u9580\u638c\u9580\u4eba\u6d2a\u9053\u5b50\u535a\u58eb\u65bc\u7d10\u7d04\u806f\u5408\u570b\u5ee3\u5834\u98ef\u5e97 (UN PLAZA HOTEL) \u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u4e26\u8a02 9 \u6708 15 \u65e5\u70ba\u300c\u570b\u969b\u611b\u8207\u548c\u5e73\u65e5\u300d\uff0c \u7576\u5929\u591a\u660e\u5c3c\u52a0\u7e3d\u7d71\u8cbb\u5357\u5fb7\u65af\u6210\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u7c3d\u7f72\u300c\u570b\u969b\u611b\u8207\u548c\u5e73\u65e5\u5ba3\u8a00\u300d\u7684\u5143\u9996\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2004 \u5e74\u806f\u5408\u570b UN\/DPI\/NGO \u5927\u6703\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u7531\u806f\u5408\u570b \/NGO \u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u7e3d\u6703\u69ae\u8b7d\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u66a8\u8aee\u8a62\u59d4\u54e1\u6d2a\u9053\u5b50\u535a\u58eb\u5728\u806f\u5408\u570b\u5ee3\u5834\u98ef\u5e97 (UN PLAZA HOTEL) \u8209\u8fa6\u905e\u4ea4\u5100\u5f0f\uff0c\u5df2\u88fd\u6210\u5149\u789f\u7684\u5169\u767e\u842c\u4eba\u9023\u7f72\u66f8\uff0c\u8acb\u7b2c 57 \u5c46 UN\/DPI\/NGO \u5927\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u67ef\u6bd4\u5973\u58eb\u53ca UN\/DPI\/NGO \u57f7\u884c\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u674e\u8587\u5973\u58eb\uff0c\u905e\u4ea4\u7d66\u806f\u5408\u570b\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\u5b89\u5357\uff0c\u4ee5\u8868\u9054\u5168\u7403\u5169\u767e\u842c\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u5c0d\u611b\u8207\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u5fc3\u9858\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3b\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u6c11\u4eba\u6b0a\u548c\u5e73\u5ba3\u8a00\u5168\u7403\u7db2\u8def\u9023\u7f72\u300d\uff0c\u5f9e 2004 \u5e74\u5373\u958b\u59cb\u9023\u7f72\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e26\u63a8\u52d5\u300c\u8f49\u52d5\u597d\u5ff5
