Attract more of what you want and less of what you don’t want

Many people are often curious about why they always keep attracting the bad things over and over again. This happens because they are sending a negative vibration non-deliberately or unconsciously all the time. You may not be aware that you are experiencing the Law of Attraction every day.

The definition of the Law of Attraction is that I attract to my life whatever I give my attention, energy, and focus to, whether positive or negative.

It's important that you send out positive vibration to the universe, and then the good things will come toward you. That's how you can get more of what you want in life. How do you increase our positive vibration? There are few things you can do easily.

First, Focus on what you want and not what you don't want.

For example, if you don't like your dictatorial parents, you can change your mindset to “I like my parents to be my friends.” So you can communicate with your parents how you feel and how you want them to respect you.

Second, Think positive on things happened to you or situations around you.

If it's raining hard now, think of no more water shortage and the benefits of enjoying the hot baths instead of inconvenience of bringing an umbrella.

Third, Show appreciation and gratitude.

Always show appreciation and gratitude when someone offers you assistance in any way. Keep an appreciation and gratitude journal is an effective tool for keeping a positive vibration. Some example of statements:

•  I'm grateful a friend treats me a free lunch.

•  I'm grateful that someone a co-worker gives me a free ride home.

•  I'm glad that I bought a book at discounted price.

•  I receive a payment (a check) from a client.

If you can deliberately and continuously practice these 3 simple rules, I am sure your life will be much different. You'll see more and more good things come to you. Eventually, you'll get more of what you want and less of what you don't want in life.
