Respecting Worker's Human Right

Human rights can be complicated but can also be quite simple. Respecting one and another is the simplest way to achieve human rights. Employees being respected by the ones employing them is also respecting human rights. After doing some research for school, I realize many companies in foreign countries do not respect the rights of their employees. They often make the workers work overtime without paying them any additional salary. The living conditions the workers have will seem inhumane to some of us here in the United States. So why is okay for the employers the treat the workers this way when it is not tolerable back at home? Every single human being should have the same human rights another human being has on the other side of the globe. We are all created equal; we all share the same equal rights. There should be no difference in rights between each human being. It is important that we realize that we are all the same; we must respect each other in order to make this world a better place to live in.
