At 9:30am on August 31, 2010, a wave of energy was entering the campus of William Angliss Institute (WAI). This wave of energy came from the Tai Ji Men Energy Boys and Energy Girls in bright orange jackets. These young energetic boys and girls are volunteers from Cultural Goodwill Group for Love and Peace of the World . Their beautiful smiles had caught attentions from many people. William Angliss Institute is an international professional hotel and restaurant management school, with diverse student backgrounds from Vietnam , the United States , Italy and other countries. Many students wearing white cooking gowns rush to classes on campus, while some are busy studying in the library, and still others hurry through campus without paying attention to things around them.

Twelve members from the Cultural Goodwill Group visited William Angliss Institute. Their purpose was to allow the students to have more understanding and pay more attention to international affairs through the activities of cultural exchanges out of their busy school work. In addition, they would like to promote the activity of " Safeguarding the earth with good hearts and good articles ” and to encourage teachers and students to participate. The manger of international education development of WAI, Dan Mabilia, warmly introduced the background of Cultural Goodwill Group which is constituted of UN/NGO Association of World Citizens (AWC), the Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL), and Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy (TJM) . The beginning of cultural performance was the Chinese female knight performance by a Tai Ji Men sister. She does the sword performance while singing the song "The ancient Moon". It was the first time for the students of WAI to see the performance of sword dancing and an eye-opening experience. Next comes the member of the Federation of World Peace and Love (FOWPAL), Wen-Ching Liang, who shared her personal story with students how to change the world with a smile. She said when participating in Youth Assembly at United Nations in New York two years ago, one day in the subway, she found the people on the train looking tired and weary and she remembered “ how one good thought can change the world!” from the President of the Federation of World Peace and Love, Dr. Hong Tao-Tze. Therefore, a good thought was coming out from her - "I hope everyone is happy." She began to say "Hi!" to the people inside the train. Then wonderful things happened. The people on the trains started to smile, and began to greet to each other. Wen-Ching Liang also talked to the students about how the future of world would be affected by this generation of young people. She encouraged everyone to change from themselves and greet to each other. The busy and alienated campus will soon become much lively.

These cultural goodwill ambassadors with hearts of love, peace, respect and human rights brought the video "One Good Thought and One Bad Thought". The video led students to think how the third world war will be fought with by reflecting upon the disasters of the First and Second World War. Students were overwhelmed by the disasters from one thought of evil and received the message of changing the world with a good thought. Love and peace is mankind ' s common aspiration and we should invite more people to change the world with our good hearts. After watching the film and seeing the disasters, one of the students, Ingy Welsh, expressed her sadness and felt that human beings really have not taken good care of our earth. She hopes one day she will become an expert in a certain field and she needs to start practicing and spreading the words.

One of the hosts of this cultural exchange, Yi-Ling Mao, is also the member of Association of World Citizens (AWC) . She is currently a junior business student and came to Melbourne from the United States . She says that ten years ago her mother was the member of Cultural Goodwill Group to be invited to attend the parades of the 2000 Olympics in Sydney . At that time, she was only ten years old, and admired her mother very much. Now she had the chance to come to Australia to participate in international conferences. This is really a rare opportunity. She hopes to do her part with everyone else to take good care of the Earth. Ingy Welsh mentioned that she originally had a bad impression of Asian people. After meeting the members of Cultural Goodwill Group through the exchanges today, she had completely changed her original impression and had a better understanding of different cultures. Students actively participated in the “Safeguarding the earth with good hearts and good articles” by contributing articles of good thoughts and wishes for world peace.

The Cultural Goodwill Group also performed the dance of Energy Boys and Energy Girls to liven up the atmosphere. The teachers and students took the "Energy" gesture together to encourage each other. The final climax of the cultural exchange is to sing the song, "We Are One World" together. From singing this song filled with love and peace, people who had never known each other had become hand in hand singing together at the end. Because the hearts of people have been pulled closer, the world had also become a warmer and more peaceful place. The administrator of WAI, Helena Lay mentioned that their students came from different countries and backgrounds, the Energy Boys and Energy Girls had really sent a lot of positive energy into the student body today, and the atmosphere of the campus had become vibrant. It is the goal of Cultural Goodwill Group to travel five continents and hope to spread love and peace, promote respect, and human rights practice throughout every corner of the world.
