International Human Rights Day

(AWC Taiwan History)

The tenth of December is International Human Rights Day. In the year 2000, in order to promote human rights in Taiwan, the new Taiwan government provided a general pardon for religious prisoners, held related weddings, a thanksgiving party, and so on. AWC observers and AWC Taiwan reporters attended the activities, and interviewed many human rights activists.
