Fairness and justice blocks racial discrimination

Sigurd Microelectronicsengineer Rona

Racial discrimination is a problem that still exists. It's a false belief in the superiority on one's own race, which is the cornerstone of racism.

Everyone is hurt by racism. For example, those people who work abroad are experiencing discrimination, in their work. It's unfair to see that some foreign workers have to work 15 days and take only 1 day off, but on the other hand, local workers enjoy the privileges to work 3 days and take 1 day off. From this, we can see a racial discrimination.
