Human rights defines freedom to which all humans are entitled to. A right is the basic privilege that you are entitled to either by moral. It has shown in many aspects: power, conflict resolution and decision-making, etc. Power is very much related to human rights, and the results of using power in different hands can be varied. Power might be used to against certain groups because of discrimination and inequalities. If we use power to discriminate against certain people, we are using power in a wrong way, because everyone should get treated in the same way as everybody else does. Followed by conflict resolution: when you are facing conflicts, you try not to use physical force first; you would resolve it through steps of verbal persuasion. We should respect others' rights and their opinion by using polite language to persuade them. In this way, other people's rights are protected, and we can still solve the conflict successfully without hurting anybody. Human rights are an essential part in power and conflict resolution. These aspects are also essential for good citizenship, because right now in this society, we cannot avoid to have conflicts, and some people will have more power than others. If we do not use the power to resolve the conflicts and make the decisions fairly -like good citizens do, the world would become unfair.

Like for example human rights of immigrants workers in Taiwan expressly defines the brokerage fee labor to the migrant workers. Other brokers violate the law of labor here in Taiwan, they create loopholes or transparent excessive fees to the applicant workers who wanted to work in the country by demanding the migrants to process their application by signing an agreement to lend money as for placement fee to enter the country as to secure a job for employment- who have no choice but do as they demand to. In this time the brokers intend to charge the applicant excessive fees without issuing the proper receipts. As a result, there were no evidence of the existence of such improper fees the migrants being paid to the broker. Thus, the broker forcing the migrant worker to pay the amount by signing a written agreement leaving no choice but to pay the demand of those brokers.
